Parent Engagement Executive

Parent Engagement Executive is entrusted to bridge the gap between parent comunity and the school by providing parents with the information and support they need to ensure their child’s academic and social success. Support the Principal & leadership team in developing a strong and active parent community within the school.  She will be the first point of contact for all parental concerns.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Meet & greet the parents in a positive, respectful and welcoming manner.
  • Maintain effective communications with parents and ensure that their feedback including concerns, grievances and suggestions are handled effectively and addressed efficiently and promptly.
  • Liaise with academic & non academic staff as required to resolve grievances/queries raised by parents or escalate to the relevant member of staff for immediate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that the School Principal is regularly informed of problems or matters of parental concerns .
  • Undertake parent satisfaction surveys and prepare reports for the Principal and Corporate Office.
  • Collate responses and produce analysis and action planning recommendations in partnership with the Principal & Section Heads.
  • Serve as liaison between school and parents by encouraging participation in school activities such as parenting classes and informational sessions.
  • Facilitate and foster a positive relationship between parents and school by organizing parental engagement activities.
  • Engage parents to become full partners with the school by providing educational programs that strengthen parenting skills.
  • Develop correspondence to inform parents of school events such as parent/teacher meetings and other parent engagement events.
  • Achieving enrollment targets.

Qualification Requirements

  •  Bachelor's Degree in any subject with a minimum of three years' experience in customer service role.
  • Experience in public relations and communication.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and implement activities and events.
  • Be tolerant of culturally diverse populations.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Arabic.
