Applications are invited from experienced & qualified candidates for the opening of ICT Integration Academic specialist.

 To provide training & guidance to the academic team across group affiliated schools, to develop the art of hybrid learning environment and indicate that teaching in the cyberspace classroom requires that we move beyond the current pedagogical practices and start adapting modern virtual classroom practices in which technology is a catalyst for significant changes in teaching & learning practice. Proficiency requires the embedding and integration of ICT in the education sector, the cultivation of digital skills processes, planning & design, supporting the school leadership team in implementing technology supported learning, assessment literacy, professional practice and productivity and able to guide teachers & students when they face issues while learning in an online platform.

 Job responsibilities:

  • Collaboration across school systems to achieve the goals set down in hybrid learning environment.
  • Supporting the school leadership team to deliver the online curriculum content.
  • To provide strategies which includes matching the online curriculum content to meet the different learning needs of each students.
  • Enhance digital resource center services and manage curriculum exchange and virtual schooling services.
  • Identify platforms that influence successful implementation of programs to improve the quality that assist online teaching.
  • Developing various instructional models like live interactive classes to providing study materials for independent self-paced study.
  • Design learning environments characterized by powerful research-based strategies that effectively use ICT integrated technology.
  • To support teaching staff across group schools as they undertake trainings in online mode of teaching.
  • Integrate with school IT team for video communication services to enhance hybrid classrooms. Incorporate web delivered, web enhanced and web supported models of delivery.
  • Recognize excellent student achievements while learning in online platforms.
  • Establishment of protocols for online communication, development of accessible use of policy; confidentiality, copyright intellectual property.
  • Develop action plans which include processes to audit the level of ICT integration in teaching and learning and monitoring the level of competencies & performance in the achievement of virtual learning.


  • Multi model screen- based literacy: reading, authoring & correcting screen- based teaching materials.
  • Training and supporting staff in the integration of ICT in virtual learning.

  • Developing online Assessment strategies.
  • Fosters students independent learning through metacognitive strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
  • Excellent command of digital information resources and information technology.

Qualifications & experience: candidates possessing an advanced degree in the relevant field of information systems,technology/engineering & having proven recognition as an expert in the field of ICT in education with teaching background preferably in leadership roles may apply with your detailed resume.
