Profile Summary

 Store Manager will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.  Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.

The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
  • Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
  • Additional store manager duties as needed
  • Managing the store as a profit unit by achieving the store target & handling stock & delivery. 
  • Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. 
  • Responsible for growth and development of the team and also ensuring high levels of employee engagement resulting in retention of high performing employees and ensuring least attrition. 
  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing report with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. 
  • Solving customer queries and does activities to know their feedback and response. 
  • Display of Merchandise: - Prominent Display of all the products, with right pattern or theme. 
  • Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.  
  • Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. 
  • Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements. 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 

Ensure adequate support for all departments (Accounts/HR/IT) in the showroom cluster.
