2-3 yrs experience with salon working environment preferred 

Candidates having experience in a kids salon  & Spa only apply

Salary - 20000 - 22000 fixed.  Immediate joiners preffered. 

Only Female candidates required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all personnel paperwork and administration.

Processing holiday requests and updating spreadsheet, dashboards

Take an active role in salons works

Keeping the office tidy and preparing the space for any necessary meetings

Managing inboxes, taking dictation, drafting correspondence, filtering requests, prioritizing and carrying out ad-hoc tasks as required

Produce presentations and provide relevant support on any salon marketing/PR initiatives

Confirm appointments of customers via telephone and email

Be ready to work in flexible schedules and available to work in weekends

Answer all incoming calls, greet clients, and schedule appointments

Manage product inventory and retail displays

Ability to handle monetary transactions (Cash handling experience)

Answer inquiries of clients regarding the beauty services of the salon and schedule their appointments.

Provide cross-sell services through brochures and gift vouchers whenever applicable.

Update customer records with contact, bill details, appointments and services provided to them.

Advise assigned beauticians about customer’s arrival and update them about the services which they want.

Greet customers, walk them to the best possible beauty station.

Complete required administrative tasks

Good Phone & Customer Service Skills.

Review daily sales reports and complete daily sales paperwork accurately, on time

Able  to meet consistent deadlines and handle multiple priorities

BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS

Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Organized and efficient in work

Previous Office Administration experience

Team player with strong organizational and administrative skills

Excellent record-keeping skills.
