and Campaigns
 Experienced in leading FMCG projects
 Specialist in Integrated Marketing Solutions (Digital, ATL & BTL Campaigns)
 Understands People & Process Management, Consumer Research, Competition Analysis and
New Product Launches
 Work on Consumer Insights and Social Media to drive the business growth and sustain
consumer growth.
 Should be a Brand Custodian: Develop clutter-breaking brand strategy/campaign, lead and
define the entire planning and execution of the marketing campaign
 Ensuring quick turn-around on critical deliverables
 Communicating with different teams across the organization to ensure all campaign
activations go live in a timely and effective manner
 Constantly liaising with the sales team to understand their requirements and to provide the
necessary tools to them to meet the business objectives
 Ability to quickly learn and gain a well-rounded understanding of other organizational
functions such as Sales Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales and Post-Sales
 Working with in house creative team to efficiently deliver artwork for collateral and campaign
communication elements
 Presenting innovative collateral and branding ideas to top management to constantly raise
the bar of the brand.
 Innovating in terms of cost-effective new collateral to communicate with customers
 Optimizing campaign execution spends in accordance with the expected revenue
 Ability to gauge business opportunities to improve revenue generation and cost reductions.
 Leverage audience insights and data to understand how best to engage with our core
audience, delight and surprise them by bringing those campaigns to life with innovative and


creative work that cuts through
 Steer all brand marketing activities in line with OKRs and brand strategy - driving innovations,
brand consistency and efficiency
 Identify new opportunities to build the brand perception in India, create new ideas and
activities and work closely with cross-functional teams to kick off key initiatives
Work Experience
 4+ years of working as an Brand manager/Senior brand exec (relevant experience) in an
advertising/ FMCG / B2C/ Retail industry background
Behavioural Characteristics
 Clearly able to differentiate right from wrong with a strong moral compass
 Capable of handling multiple stakeholders and managing their expectations with
responsibility and confidence

 Taking quick and effective calls to resolve execution-specific issues that arise from time-to-
